Choose a POD provider with one real order
Pick one product and destination, then compare the price, production time, shipping, workflow, and a real sample.
How do I choose between print-on-demand providers?

Start with the order you actually plan to ship
Provider marketing describes a platform, not the exact parcel your buyer will receive. Say you plan to sell one black T-shirt to a customer in the United States. Write down the exact blank, size, print area, destination, and delivery promise before you compare.
Compare the same order everywhere
Use one row per provider. Record product cost, provider shipping, production location, current production estimate, variants, print area, integrations, branding options, support, and how a problem is handled. If a detail is missing, mark it unknown instead of borrowing a homepage estimate.

- 1
Freeze the order
Use the same product, variant, print method, destination, and promised delivery window for every provider.
- 2
Fill the comparison row
Add product cost, provider shipping, production location, production estimate, available variants, print area, integrations, branding, and support details.
- 3
Flag what needs proof
Mark missing or changing information as unknown. Verify it with the provider before you let it shape the listing.
- Same product and destination
- Complete cost, including provider shipping
- Available variants and print area
- Production location and current estimate
- A clear way to handle an order problem
- Sample ordered or scheduled
Let the sample make the call
A spreadsheet cannot show fabric feel, print color, placement, packaging, or the actual delivery experience. Order the same variant you plan to sell; a cheaper substitute tests a different product. Ask: would I send this to a customer without apologising for it? Check the print, product, packaging, and arrival time before you publish.
