The guided launch plan is designed to work without an account. Your setup details and progress are stored in your browser on the device you use. Clearing site data, using a private window, or switching browsers may remove that progress.

Do not enter confidential business information, payment details, identity documents, or artwork you do not want stored on your device.

Like most websites, the hosting provider may receive technical request data when a page loads. This can include an IP address, browser information, requested URL, date, and time. The final operator must document the actual hosting logs and retention settings used in production.

The codebase can use PostHog when a PostHog key is configured. In that case, page views and technical device or browser information may be sent to the configured PostHog host. A production deployment should configure consent, retention, regional hosting, and any cookies or local storage to match its users and legal obligations.

If analytics is not configured, the application does not initialize PostHog.

If you submit the newsletter form, the server validates the address and sends it to the configured Listmonk newsletter service. The application does not write the address to its own database or include it in analytics events.

To slow repeated signup attempts, the application temporarily keeps a keyed digest of the submitted address and, when a trusted proxy header is configured, the network address. These in-memory entries expire after the rate-limit window and are not used for marketing.

The production newsletter list should require email confirmation. Listmonk stores the address and subscription status so the operator can send the field note and process unsubscribes. The operator must document the actual Listmonk host, retention settings, deletion process, and any processors before launch.

Every newsletter must include a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future newsletter delivery, subject to any minimal suppression record the operator is legally permitted or required to keep.

If the listing checker is enabled and you submit a public Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Amazon, or eBay product URL, the server validates its platform and reconstructs a fixed listing address without tracking parameters. An OpenRouter model uses native web search to temporarily retrieve bounded facts from that exact public listing and produce the editorial review.

The application does not save the submitted URL, search results, extracted listing data, or report. Temporary processing can include the listing title, description, materials, availability, variants, price, shipping details, and other public listing text. OpenRouter is instructed to deny provider data collection, but the operator must document and approve the final OpenRouter providers, settings, and transfer locations before enabling the feature.

To limit repeated checks, the server temporarily stores a keyed digest of the network address supplied by a trusted hosting proxy. The digest expires after the rate-limit window. Analytics events record only whether a check started, completed, or failed, plus technical duration, status, and score band; they exclude listing URLs and content.

Guides link to marketplaces, print providers, public agencies, and software tools. Those websites have their own privacy practices. Opening an external link gives that service information according to its own settings and policy.

You can remove locally saved launch progress by clearing this site's browser data. Browser privacy controls can limit cookies and storage, although that may stop progress from being saved.

This starter does not yet publish a privacy contact address. The newsletter must not be enabled in production until an operator name and monitored contact method are added for access, correction, deletion, and other applicable privacy requests.
