How to sell with Inkthreadable before an unpaid order stalls
Inkthreadable can receive a connected order automatically. It will not print that order until payment arrives, and the production clock starts then.

Who benefits from one UK fulfillment center
Choose Inkthreadable for a UK-centered apparel brand that wants one UK team to print, embroider, pack, and ship. It connects to established platforms and smaller creator storefronts.
Every international order starts from the UK. Test the landed price and delivery promise for each country before opening worldwide checkout.
Find the payment event that starts production

The clock that starts at payment
- 1
Buyer pays the storefront
The store records the retail sale and sends the mapped order to Inkthreadable.
- 2
Inkthreadable imports it
The order appears with its product mapping, address, shipping choice, and amount due.
- 3
Your payment clears
A manual card, automatic card, prepaid credit, or auto top-up funds fulfillment.
- 4
The UK queue starts
Inkthreadable's production turnaround starts from full payment, not import time.
- 5
Tracking returns to the store
The buyer receives the merchant's support while the order travels from the UK.
Automatic order sync handles data entry. You still need enough balance or card capacity for the supplier charge, and the Unpaid Orders view belongs in the daily launch routine.
Verify the order flow:
Remove the unpaid queue from launch day
- 1
Choose a UK-first buyer promise
Price one UK order and one likely international order. Add production time to transit time instead of copying a carrier estimate into the listing.

Inkthreadable's sample guide starts with choosing the garment, not trusting a mockup. Inkthreadable sample-order guide (opens in a new tab) - 2
Connect one store and one Brand profile
Link the sales channel, complete the billing address, upload the logo, and write the packing-slip support details before creating products.
- 3
Map every sellable variant
Create one product with its exact blank, decoration method, artwork, colors, sizes, label option, and shipping rates. Remove variants you have not checked.
- 4
Fund the production trigger
Choose automatic card payment, prepaid credits, or automatic top-ups. If you keep manual payment, assign an owner and a response time for the unpaid queue.
- 5
Sample and trace a paid order
Order the exact product, then run one storefront checkout. Start timing only when Inkthreadable marks it paid and stop when the carrier receives it.
Keep the live workflow open while you set up:
Price decoration and delivery before chasing a tier
| Decision | What to verify |
|---|---|
| Fulfillment charge | Pay per order with spend-based discounts |
| Production route | In-house production. United Kingdom |
| Branding | Printed neck labels, branded slips, and plastic-free packaging. |
| Store connection | Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop |
Run these checks with one exact product and destination:
- Use the live product builder because the displayed price changes with extra decoration locations, labels, and variants.
- Add shipping, VAT or customs exposure, store fees, discounts, replacements, and returns handled by your business.
- Treat reward pricing as earned by eligible monthly product spend. Shipping and several other charges do not count toward the tier.
- Keep supplier funds available before the marketplace payout. Inkthreadable does not begin production on credit.
- Price tracked shipping separately when the buyer promise requires more than a basic postal scan.
Check current costs and billing:
Test the garment, label, slip, and UK route
Order the version a buyer will receive, then record the result:
- Compare garment measurements with the size guide. Wash the sample and measure it again.
- Inspect print or embroidery placement, detail, density, hand feel, and durability.
- Check the neck label for position, readability, comfort, and remaining manufacturer information.
- Verify the full-color packing slip and monochrome shipping-label logo. Some products cannot include a slip.
- Record payment, dispatch, shipping charge, packaging, tracking scans, customs request, and delivered condition.
Read the current sample or issue policy:
What the free account does not remove
Inkthreadable's three-to-five-working-day turnaround starts when payment is received. An unpaid order waits in the account, and transit time comes after production.
Inkthreadable does not offer custom branded boxes or mailbags. Some unframed prints still have a plastic-packaging exception, so describe the parcel accurately.
Made-to-order products are not accepted for buyer remorse or ordinary exchanges. Confirmed faults can qualify for replacement or refund after photo review; older reports may be limited to replacement.

A few common questions
Is Inkthreadable free to use?
Yes. Inkthreadable says there is no monthly subscription, signup fee, or hidden account cost. You pay the live product, decoration, shipping, and applicable tax charges for each order.
When does Inkthreadable start production?
Production starts after Inkthreadable receives payment in full. The three-to-five-working-day turnaround begins then; import time does not count.
Which stores integrate with Inkthreadable?
Its current documentation covers Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Big Cartel, and TikTok Shop. TikTok Shop currently has UK seller and dispatch constraints.
Where does Inkthreadable fulfill orders?
Inkthreadable says products are printed and packed at its UK fulfillment center. It ships worldwide, with delivery time added after production.
Can I order or return an Inkthreadable sample?
You can order a printed sample, but Inkthreadable does not send blank garments as samples. Made-to-order goods are not returned for a change of mind; confirmed production faults follow its photo-review policy.
