How to sell with TPOP without promising the wrong country
TPOP combines a hosted shop, external integrations, French production, and useful branding. Its live shipping page currently suspends US delivery, so destination comes before design.

Choose the buyer country before the eco pitch

Choose TPOP for a Europe-first brand that wants French production, an included storefront, and packaging controls in one account. Shopify, Etsy, and WooCommerce sellers can use the fulfillment side without moving to TPOP's store.
Do not build a US-first launch around TPOP while its live shipping page suspends US delivery. Broader pages still use worldwide language, so check the shipping page before publishing.
Check the fit:
Follow the money from checkout to France
The French production route
- 1
Buyer pays your store
The connected storefront or TPOP Store collects the retail price you set.
- 2
The order reaches TPOP
A connected order appears in the TPOP dashboard with its product and address.
- 3
You use the review window
Check the product, file, address, and destination before production starts.
- 4
TPOP charges fulfillment
The saved card is charged for the printed product, shipping, and selected options.
- 5
France produces and ships
TPOP returns tracking while you remain responsible for the buyer relationship.
A successful retail payment does not fund TPOP automatically from the same transaction. Keep enough cash or card capacity available, then watch the TPOP dashboard rather than assuming the storefront status is final.
Verify the order flow:
Build one listing around a live shipping route
- 1
Clear the destination first
Check the current shipping table for the exact buyer country, product class, transit estimate, VAT treatment, and customs exposure. Do not publish a US rate while the suspension remains live.

TPOP sample checkout: confirm the product, address, and order before production. TPOP sample-order guide (opens in a new tab) - 2
Choose the store route
Use the included TPOP Store or connect Shopify, Etsy, or WooCommerce. Add the billing address and a valid card before any listing is visible.
- 3
Build one product and one margin
Choose the exact blank, color, size range, print file, and destination. Price the product, TPOP shipping, tax, store fees, and a replacement reserve.
- 4
Configure the parcel you can prove
Set the packing-slip details, then check which current plan controls the parcel logo, collar print, sticker, or package insert. TPOP's public branding pages disagree on some access levels.
- 5
Sample, test checkout, then publish
Place a manual sample for the exact product. After it passes, run one store checkout and confirm the order, charge, tracking, and storefront update before buying traffic.
Keep the live workflow open while you set up:
Price the card charge, not the retail receipt
| Decision | What to verify |
|---|---|
| Fulfillment charge | Pay per order; optional Unlimited and Business plans |
| Production route | In-house production. France |
| Branding | Logo-on-parcel, collar print, and inserts on eligible plans. |
| Store connection | Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce |
Run these checks with one exact product and destination:
- Use the current pricing page for Free, Unlimited, and Business. An older indexed page shows different plans.
- Add the exact product, first-item shipping, extra-item shipping, VAT or import exposure, store fees, discounts, and a replacement reserve.
- Keep enough card capacity to cover fulfillment before the storefront payout reaches your bank.
- Check the plan or per-order charge for each parcel logo, collar print, sticker, or insert you advertise.
- Treat production and transit ranges as estimates. TPOP says delivery timing is not contractual.
Check current costs and billing:
Test the product and the branded parcel together
Order the version a buyer will receive, then record the result:
- Measure the blank and inspect its fabric and fit. Wash it once using the care instructions.
- Check print placement, fine detail, edges, color, and opacity on the chosen garment color.
- Read the packing slip as a customer and verify the logo, support details, message, and translated text.
- Inspect the parcel material and branding. Compare it with the plan and options selected.
- Record the TPOP charge, production time, carrier handoff, tracking, transit, customs demand, and delivered condition.
Read the current sample or issue policy:
Where TPOP's public promises need another check
TPOP's live shipping page currently suspends delivery to the United States. Recheck that page whenever the guide is reviewed.
The branding page says a parcel logo needs Unlimited and package inserts need Business, while other pages describe different access. Check the live plan interface before making a packaging promise.
TPOP does not offer free samples or ordinary change-of-mind returns for custom goods. You handle those returns; TPOP's terms cover qualifying production mistakes, defective textiles, or documented damage.

A few common questions
Is TPOP free to use?
TPOP currently has a Free plan at €0 per month and says it takes no sales commission. The merchant still pays the product, shipping, selected options, and applicable tax for each fulfilled order.
Which stores integrate with TPOP?
TPOP currently documents its own hosted store, Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, and manual orders. Connected orders should be verified in the TPOP dashboard before production.
Where does TPOP make and ship orders?
TPOP handles production in-house and ships from France. Price the production and transit estimates separately in your listing.
Does TPOP currently ship to the United States?
No. TPOP's live shipping page currently says US deliveries are suspended because of regulatory changes. Check that page again before changing store coverage.
Can I get a free TPOP sample or return one?
TPOP does not offer free samples. You can place a paid manual order with your design. Its terms generally limit sample remedies to an evident TPOP error or a defective product.
